Our Story

At THE SIMPLIST, we deeply respect the scientifically proven properties of single plants. As an Australian brand, we proudly showcase select native species, so their unique qualities can truly shine.

Our flagship farms in Monarto South and the Barossa Valley, South Australia, are dedicated to cultivating plants with care, each with its own unique needs. Every species is botanically identified and hand harvested to ensure healthy regrowth. The plant extraction process prioritises the integrity of each plant, preserving its purity at every step.

Our belief is simple: the greatest gift is one that nurtures both human wellbeing and environmental renewal.

Regenerating Land, Restoring Balance

Our deep connection to nature guides every decision we make. On our Murray Mallee farm, we cultivate native plants uniquely adapted to thrive in the challenging semi-arid landscape. These resilient species help reduce water evaporation, stabilise fragile soils, and revive ecosystems scarred by overgrazing and degradation—restoring balance to the land while supporting ecological resilience in a changing climate.

A Safe Haven for Nature

Our farm provides refuge for many enchanting native birds in a landscape where conventional farming has diminished natural habitats. These safe havens are vital for endangered species, each carrying its own unique story and role. With access to food, shelter, and nesting sites, birds help pollinate native plants and sustain the delicate balance of our ecosystem.

We harvest mindfully, only from selected areas of the farm, allowing the seasons and weather to guide us. Gentle, regular pruning encourages natural regeneration, ensuring each plant remains resilient and continues to enrich the land to which it belongs.

As part of our long-term restoration initiative, we are revegetating 100 acres of land, once cleared, for farming. This includes replanting 30 acres with native species to create wildlife corridors and strengthen local biodiversity. Through this work, we aim to nurture the wellbeing of surrounding ecosystems.
